Anillos de Oro (1983)

Lola and Ramón are looking for a flat to open a law firm specializing in divorces and go to that of the sisters Marta and Concha, who are elderly and in a precarious financial situation. Interested in renting rooms in her apartment, Concha refuses given her specialty. But, when she dies, Marta agrees.

Rosa, a crazy and independent girl who believes in free love, meets Ramón, the lawyer, and goes to live with him.

Lola, despite herself, finds herself involved in the separation of a neighboring couple, to which Berta, her daughter, is strongly opposed.

Federico, a doctor dedicated to cosmetic surgery, meets and falls in love with María, also a doctor, and decides to break their marriage. María, Lola's friend, visits him in his office telling him that she is raising funds for the construction of a dispensary.

Elsa and Alberto form a happy and close marriage. Alberto, a prestigious writer, much older than his wife, renounces her by divorcing so that she can live happily with Javier, the writer's assistant.

Family problems are addressed in the face of a possible pregnancy for Lola, the lawyer, and the separation proceedings initiated by Alfredo Astigarraga, a delicatessen merchant who explains to Ramón the reasons for his divorce.

Economic problems plague Lola and Enrique, which are resolved satisfactorily with the help of family members. But the pressures make Enrique allow himself to be seduced by Blanca, who works with him.

Antonio and Concha have been living together for 40 years, they are parents and grandparents, but he wants to legitimize their situation, so he decides to divorce his wife Matilde, whom he has not seen since the Civil War.

The family gathers on the occasion of the baptism of Enrique and Lola's grandson.

Ramón studies in the United States. While Lola works in a Ministry living with her mother-in-law. Ramón returns to Spain and finds everything very changed. He has dinner with Lola and they go to a nightclub. Later, at home, Ramón and Lola talk about their mutual feelings, deciding to start a new life together...
